What is CPD?

CPD stands for Continuous Professional Development, and it plays a crucial role in ensuring that you, our students, are equipped with the knowledge and skills to meet the demands of future employers.

At Hull College, we are committed to preparing you for career success, and our Student CPD Weeks provide practical support, real-world insights, and skill-building opportunities led by industry experts.

What’s in Store?

Throughout the week, we’ve arranged an impressive line-up of external partners and industry leaders, all ready to share their expertise across four core themes crucial for career readiness. These are Sustainability, Leadership, Mental Health and Wellbeing, and Digital.

A full schedule of sessions, along with sign-up links, is available here. You’ll also receive an email with all the details to ensure easy access.

Your regular weekly timetable will remain as usual, but our tutors, trainers, and assessors will be on hand to help you fit in any sessions you’d like to attend.
