If you want to learn more about these exciting industries, then the level 2 Travel, Hospitality and Aviation course is the place to start.

 

The level 2 Travel, Hospitality and Aviation study programme given you and insight into a wide variety of areas within these exciting industries both in this country and overseas including retail travel, cabin crew, hospitality, cruises and the aviation industry. You will also discover how the industries can positivity impact the visitor economy both in the UK and Worldwide.

 

You will learn about UK and Worldwide destinations, cabin crew procedures, basic first aid and customer services. As you work through the programme you will experience the hospitality industry alongside travel and cabin crew and breadth of opportunities across these industries. You will gain an understanding of sustainable travel and how these industries can support the communities. You will experience front of house service whilst supporting our bistro and gain valuable customer service experience supporting our hair and beauty reception. You will gain experience in planning and running a live event linked to a specific brief.

 

Progression options include level 3 Travel and Tourism, Level 3 Business or Level 3 Hospitality. You can also gain employment in this exciting sector that include working within the hotel, restaurant  and hospitality industry, cabin crew, retail travel and resort representative.

UCAS provides support for young people making post-18 choices, as well as mature learners, by providing information, advice, and guidance to inspire and facilitate educational progression to university, college, or a degree apprenticeship.

It is important to note that when you enrol on an Access to HE courseyou can apply for an Advanced Learner Loan to help with the costs of a course at a college or training provider in England.

Loan eligibility does not depend on your income and there are no credit checks.

Check if you’re eligible before you apply for an Advanced Learner Loan.

Your loan will be written off if you then sign up for a Higher Education course AND you have completed in full the Access to HE course.
