Any employer with any immediate or future job vacancies can take advantage of our free Sector Based Work Academy Programmes. For any individual who is seeking an employment opportunity within the Care Sector, our Care SWAPs may be the route for you to take.
Our SWAPs are bespoke training packages designed to support job seekers to be work ready, provide sector specific qualifications which enable you to be upskilled and prepared to return into the workplace.
Our SWAPs last between 2-6 weeks and are available to those who are unemployed or jobseekers claiming either Universal Credit, Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA) or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA). The benefits for completing a SWAP Include:

Pre-Employment Training (CV Support/Interview Techniques)
A Guaranteed Job Interview on completion

It is important to note that when you enrol on an Access to HE courseyou can apply for an Advanced Learner Loan to help with the costs of a course at a college or training provider in England.
Loan eligibility does not depend on your income and there are no credit checks.
Check if you’re eligible before you apply for an Advanced Learner Loan.
Your loan will be written off if you then sign up for a Higher Education course AND you have completed in full the Access to HE course.
